this refund, we retain your domain name because
we’ve paid for it for the year. (Remember
that your site will have our watermark on it
until you approve the site.)

to get our design for free, please choose
another vendor – we are
only 3 people and we can’t afford thievery – but
we stand by our work, so if there is REALLY
a problem, we’ll fix it.
Partial Refund - $42
- We’ve given
you what you ordered but you keep changing
your mind (or we can work out an additional
charge for your requested changes.)
- You changed your mind AFTER
we developed the site as you originally asked.
- You want a different template AFTER we put
your site together.
- Once your site is
functional (clickable) – your
refund is $42 during the first month - unfortunately
there are some dishonest people in the world
who try to get their money back and still use
our design. Attorney fees are much more than
the entire amount you’re paying, so we
just loose. It’s pretty simple. You pick
what you want and we provide it exactly – not
much to mess up, is it? We’re offering
a great price for a great product.)
Refund After the First
Month
If you change
your mind during the first year:
This is a special package pricing on hosting
and licensing of your domain name at $3.50 per
month when paid for the entire year. Domain names
MUST be purchased for an entire year and are
neither pro-rated nor refundable – but
you retain the right to your domain name. Hosting
is provided at a significant discount from the
regular price of $9 per month. If you cancel
and request a refund, the monthly charge increases
to our regular rate of $9 per month and your
refund will be the balance after subtracting
the $9 for each month that your site was hosted
with us.)
Hosting
(Next Year)
The first year of Hosting your site and
the first year of licensing yourname.com (called
a “domain name”) is part of this
package. You will receive an email to pay for
subsequent years at $52 for the year pre-paid.
Please respond before the expiration date or
we will not renew another year and you could
loose yourname.com to someone else. This special
pricing is only $3.50 per month paid
yearly and $10 a year for the yourname.com license.
